Withdrawal Policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (who is not the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example, by email or by post):

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard, lowest-cost option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
